PARTIES

Courses are provided by Admastery. Throughout the terms and conditions that follow, “we”, “our” and “us” will be used to refer to Admastery. “You” and “your” will be used to refer to the customer.

  1. GENERAL
    1. This page sets out the terms and conditions on which we supply you with an online course. Any purchases made from Admastery will be subject to these terms.
    2. All liability for the use of your online account lies with you. We will not be held liable to improper access of your account due to sharing password or login details, or any improper activity conducted through your account. In the event that you lose or forget your login details, you should contact us immediately.
    3. All information you provide to us should be complete and up-to-date, to your best possible knowledge. This includes your name, bank details, address and other contact information.
    4. We reserve the right to suspend or otherwise terminate your access to our online learning platform at any time if you breach these terms. We will not terminate or cancel a purchase without reason, and you will not be charged for orders made cancelled due to other reasons.
    5. We reserve the right to delete, change or otherwise amend any of the information contained within our courses or on our site at any time, without prior warning.
  2. PAYMENTS
    1. If you fail to make payments or your payment information expires, we will immediately suspend your access to our online learning platform until such time as the issue has been resolved.
    2. We reserve the right to change the price of our courses at any time. However, any changes will not affect purchases which have already been made prior to the change.
  3. ORDER AND DELIVERY OF THE COURSE
    1. Any purchase made from Admastery is deemed to be an agreement for completing the course following these terms.
    2. You will have been deemed to have accepted the course upon purchase, except in the case of an obvious defect or error in the materials. However, nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
  4. SERVICES
    1. It is the sole responsibility of you to arrange the purchase and delivery of a certificate of achievement upon successful completion of the course. You will be eligible to order your certificate of achievement upon completion but shall not receive the certificate automatically.
    2. Course materials are provided by their respective industry expert. While we endeavour to ensure the highest possible quality of study materials, the ultimate responsibility is with the course tutor.
  5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
    1. All intellectual property rights of the course materials are owned by their respective training providers or instructors.
    2. Upon purchase of a course or package from Admastery you agree not to share, replicate, copy, modify, adapt or otherwise disseminate any part of the course materials whose intellectual property rights remain with the training providers.
    3. When granted access to our online courses you agree that your login details will be kept secure and not shared with any another party. You agree not to share access to our courses with any other party, and to comply at all times with the terms set out in this agreement. Failure to do so may result in the suspension and termination of your account.
  6. THIRD PARTY CONTENT
    1. At times we provide links to or materials from third party websites relevant to your course subject. When you click these links you agree that we are not responsible for the content of these sites or materials, and cannot be held liable for any misadventure that may occur while accessing them.
    2. Admastery is not responsible for the content provided by third parties. Information gained from third party sites should be independently verified by you, as we neither endorse nor guarantee its veracity or accuracy.
    3. Security, privacy policies and terms and conditions of third party sites may differ from those of Admastery The onus is on you to read and agree to the security, privacy policies and terms and conditions when accessing third party sites.
  7. COURSE SUBSCRIPTION
    1. Price: course fee is mentioned on website! The all courses access offer can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer.
    2. Course Access: You will access the purchased course.
    3. Certification: Under this subscription package you will get access to our 700+ courses. Not the accredited certificate.
    4. A PDF certificate of completion: You can obtain a free PDF certificate of completion once you complete your course, to obtain a PDF certificate of completion please contact our customer support team at info@admastery.tech
    5. Accredited Certification: To obtain an accredited certificate there is an accreditation charge applicable that is stated on the individual course page.
    6. Renewal/Cancellation: Membership renews after 12 months. You can effortlessly cancel your membership anytime from your account. Alternatively, you can also contact our friendly customer support team and cancel your membership. All of your completed courses will remain in your account for 12 months since your most recent payment. You will also have access to your courses, and the certificate you will receive will remain valid.
    7. Refund: You have the right to cancel your purchase and request a full refund within a period of fourteen calendar days following the date of the purchase, as outlined in Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2020. Please note if you have already finished more than 2 of your CPD course then you are not eligible to get a refund. Also, there is no refund will be granted or issued for any of your certificate orders.
  8. BUNDLE OFFER
    1. Price: The bundle offer products that are available already at a discounted price and can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer.
    2. Course Selection: In 5 courses for £75 offer you will get 5 CPD & IPHM accredited courses. Please note that Ofqual regulated courses and some of the premium courses are not included with the offer.
    3. Certification: Under the bundle offer products you will get access to CPD and IPHM accredited courses. Not for any accredited certificate.
    4. A PDF certificate of completion: You can obtain a free PDF certificate of completion once you complete your individual courses, to obtain a PDF certificate of completion please contact our customer support team at info@admastery.tech.
    5. Accredited Certification: To obtain an accredited certificate for individual courses there is an accreditation charge applicable that is stated on the individual course page.
    6. Refund: You have the right to cancel your purchase and request a full refund within a period of fourteen calendar days following the date of the purchase, as outlined in Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2020. Please note if you have already finished more than 20% of any courses then you are not eligible to get a refund. Also, there is no refund will be granted or issued for any of your certificate orders.
  9. TERMINATION
    1. We reserve the right to terminate your purchase, account, and the agreements set out in these terms and conditions at any time. Your account may be terminated if you are found to be in breach of the terms and conditions set out with regards to payment and intellectual property, or improper access of your account.
    2. You are also entitled to terminate your purchase, account, and the agreements set out in these terms and conditions at any time, as detailed in clause 10 (cancellation) below.
  10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    1. Any direct losses which arise from our own negligence or any other cause shall be limited to the price of your course. This does not preclude liability in event of death or personal injury, breach of the Consumer Protection Act 1987, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other matter which it would be illegal for us to exclude.
    2. We are not liable for indirect losses or damage (including but not excluded to loss of profits, data, revenue or opportunities) which you may suffer by using our services, whether the cause is found to be in breach of these terms or not.
    3. Course information may be updated at any time. We endeavour to ensure all information is accurate at time of publication. We hold no responsibility for key information changing following or during your study, and we are not liable for any loss incurred as referenced above.
    4. We accept no liability for issues accessing the online learning platform which result from faults in your internet connection, network or related equipment.
    5. Admastery reserves the right to amend prices, information and course materials at any time without informing you.
  11. USE OF YOUR DATA
    1. Any personal data we collect during the course of your study will only be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. We will take the appropriate measures to keep your data secure. Your personal information will only be shared with third parties with your express permission, but we may use your contact details to contact you for any matter relating to courses.
    2. Data provided by you during your study may be used to provide credit, prevent fraud, confirm your identity, or to prevent money laundering.
  12. CANCELLATION
    1. You have the right to cancel your purchase and request a full refund within a period of fourteen calendar days following the date of the purchase, as outlined in Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2020. Please note if you have already finished more than 20% of your CPD course or already received the course certificate then you are not eligible to get a refund. Also, there is no refund will be granted or issued for any of your Hardcopy certificate orders.

      Also, note that if you have enroled in any Edcexcel accredited functional skill courses that is regulated by Ofqual, and has completed the initial assessment or diagnostic assessment for the course then you will not entitle to get any refund for your course.
    2. Subscription Package: You have the right to cancel your purchase and request a full refund within a period of fourteen calendar days following the date of the purchase, as outlined in Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2020. Please note if you have already finished more than 2 of your CPD course then you are not eligible to get a refund. Also, there is no refund will be granted or issued for any of your certificate orders.
    3. Official Exam: After making the payment for the official exam (Ofqual regulated courses) once Admastery booked the exam with the awarding body, then the learner will not be eligible to get any refund.
    4. Classroom Based Course: Your classroom-based course booking is non-refundable. This means if you do miss your class, you will be very welcome to attend another course, but you will need to pay again. You can, however, postpone your booking for a later course as long as you give us 3 full working days’ notice via email at info@admastery.tech You can only do this once per booking.
    5. Should you wish to cancel a purchase you must contact us as soon as possible using the following email at info@admastery.tech
  13. INSTALLMENT PLAN
    1. You can use the instalment plan for the high-priced courses advertised as £150 or above. Please note for Ofqual-regulated official exams, assignment-based courses and face-to-face classroom-based, live Zoom classes or classroom training courses you must clear the instalment payment before booking the exam, getting feedback for the assignments or attending the classroom-based courses class or classroom training.
    2. Certification: When utilising our Partially payment option for the purchase of Single or Bundle CPD accredited courses or any Subscription Plans, please note that certificates will be issued only upon the completion of all instalments.
